Detailed Digital Construction Plans: $5999.99. This plan will need to be fully reproduced with our digital software. Our original cad files were lost when a hard drive failed. An original hard copy of the plan has been scanned and is available for purchase for $1999.99. A new full production of this plan, which can be modified to your specifications during the production, runs $5999.99, which is less than half what we would charge to design a home with similar size and features from concept through full production. The original plan comes with 13 sheets/pages ready for you to have printed on 24″ X 36″ blue print paper. A new full production will include basic modeling and renderings, but the $5999.99 sale price does not include modeling the plan to your exact specifications. We can provide you with a separate price for that, just let us know. If you wish to purchase the original plan we will work out the details of that and the delivery of the PDF for it.
